Before buying an accessory from BartBag, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the conditions for processing orders and returning goods.
An individual order for the manufacture of a product is the manufacture of goods according to the parameters, sketches and photos of the customer or the manufacture of a company model with some changes and additions at the request of the customer: size, shape, pockets, pens, etc., the use of additional materials or equipment for the manufacture of goods.
When placing an individual order, the relationship between the customer and BartBag is regulated by the Civil Code of Ukraine of 16.01.2003 No. 435-IV, Chapter 61 PIDRYAD.
Refunds or exchanges of the product (without changes) are carried out when:
The goods that are returned must be without any signs of exploitation, their original appearance and all consumer qualities must also be preserved.
The company returns the funds minus the cost of delivery and money transfer. The transfer arrives at the customer’s account within 10 business days from the date of return of the product.
The responsibility for the safety of the goods during shipment until the moment they are received by the company lies with the client, therefore we recommend using delivery services that insure the parcels.
For a refund, photos are required with the fact of confirmation of the reasons for the return.
The return or exchange of goods of inadequate quality is regulated by Article No. 8 of the Law of Ukraine «On Protection of Consumer Rights».
The elimination of minor defects is carried out at the expense of the manufacturer within the period specified by the law of Ukraine.
If significant deficiencies are found, an expert examination is appointed, which confirms the guilt of one of the parties (the buyer or the manufacturer). The examination is paid by the party through whose fault the lack of goods was revealed. Elimination of deficiencies associated with the process of operation of the goods, paid by the buyer.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF GOOD QUALITY GOODS
The return or exchange of goods of good quality is regulated by article No. 9 of the Law of Ukraine «On the Protection of Consumer Rights». The buyer has the right to exchange goods for a similar product from the seller in the following cases:
If the product does not meet the requirements of the client: the shape, size, design, color or for other reasons, due to which it cannot be used for its intended purpose, does not fit.
If the product for some reason did not fit the customer and was not used, its presentation, consumer properties, labels, seals in the presence of a receipt are also preserved.
Exchange and return of goods is possible:
If 14 days have passed since the day of purchase, the product has no signs of use, the whole packaging, presentation, consumer qualities and all documents provided by the seller (check, warranty card, instructions) are preserved.
If the product was purchased with a gift, then it is returned with the product. The gift must also have the proper appearance (presentation, consumer qualities, seals, packaging). If the customer has been provided with a permanent customer card, then it is considered invalid.
If such a product is not in stock, then the buyer has the right:
To purchase other goods that are in stock taking into account the recalculation of value;
Return the goods and receive the funds;
Change the product for a similar one when it goes on sale.
Refunds are made in the amount equal to the value of the goods at the time of purchase. The buyer receives the money within 7 days from the date of confirmation of the fulfillment of the warranty by the buyer.
The exchange of goods is not made in cases:
If the goods were operated and defects are found or are not fully equipped.
More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
