Most likely, everything that is written below, you will never need. For this we have made every effort in the production process of our products.

Buyers of BartBag products can rely on the repair of any product purchased from us within a year from the date of purchase.

When we talk about repairing products, we mean:
— Repair of fittings.
— Replacing accessories with a new one. (To repair or replace the hardware with a new one — the master decides when examining the product live. This decision is not taken from the photograph.)
— If it is necessary to repair, we can send you the hardware details if you want to repair the product yourself (to save time and pay for delivery).
— Repair of lightning (slider broke, lightning broke or broke).
— Replacing a zipper with a new one if it is no longer repairable.
— Sew the product at the seam, if possible technologically.

When repairing, we do not:
— If the skin is cut or torn, we do not put patches and do not stitch the product.
— If the repair is technologically impossible, we will inform you in advance.
— We do not replace the product with a new one.

If repairs are necessary, please consider the following:

? Some breakdowns will be repaired quickly in any workshop for repairing clothes, shoes and haberdashery in your city. So you save on shipping.
? You can replace or repair some accessories yourself. We will send you the necessary details by mail.
? Repair under production conditions takes from 1 to 2 weeks.
? If more than a year has passed after placing the order, the repair is made on a paid basis. Repair cost is calculated individually.

Mandatory conditions for free repair:
— You indicate the approximate date of purchase, name and telephone number for whom the order was made and delivery. If the system does not have your order by name or phone, the product is not accepted for repair!
— Delivery in both directions is paid by the customer.
— Before sending you must send 3 detailed and clear pictures of the damage to our Viber, email, or Instagram.
